I disagree with the notion that "ntr" is an entirely new concept.
There has been a historical tendency of romanticizing cheating and affairs for a LONG time.
From a religious standpoint, like how Aphrodite cheating on Hephestaus with Ares in Greek Mythology, was portrayed by many Rennaisance painters as some hot steamy love-affair, and not as a plainly bad thing
To the medieval concept of "courtly love", which was practically straight up just sexualising knights banging married noble women. This "genre" was even concidered to be mostly a good thing for a long time, before it fell out of favor. (Hence why Lancelot got pushed out of the "ideal knight" position by Galahad, in Arthurian mythos in later years.
To just a general prescedent found in many cultures, especially those with pologamy, of a thought that "better men" will win over women in the end.
It's not new, and humanity has a complicated history with the idea.

I think he just meant that we see the killings in the game from the prologue, and NTR appears after 80 hours of play. That is, if someone is against killings, then he can quit the game at the fifth minute, and if someone is against NTR, then he faces the question of whether to quit the game after several months of play.

Chapter 3 I'm going into "Mastermind's Unmen" and it's forcing me to run two succubi. Walkthrough says NOT to run them. But as this snip shows, I cannot remove them or change the party.. Any advice would be appreciated. The succubi end up locked out of lust-based skills and Simon gets to watch 3 party members die fairly quickly.

This is a known bug. Sierra was trying to lock out Simon's new switching skill in certain situations where he wasn't supposed to be able to for story reasons, and it backfired here. It should be fixed in the next release; in the meantime, the only real workaround is to download an earlier version, move your save to that one for this segment, then move your save back to the most recent version afterwards.

You're using 79.2, 79.3 is the latest public build and running through that section with one of my previous saves shows I'm forced to bring Simon and Yarra but can choose two more.

At this point the game is long enough that unless you intend to binge it you're looking at a 60+ hours to get to the end, meaning there's a chance the game gets the last update before you finish anyway.

The problem is, last ver I've play is v0.62 and if my memory is correct, I play it until almost at the end.
Stop playing because I made a mistake due to incomplete guide, I mean, I'm too deep to continue that mistake playthrough lol

That's why I rather start anew, beside I want to make a different choices.
Haven't read all updated guides yet, but pretty sure most are in incomplete.

For sure yes by the time I start playing and around midway the game will get its final update, hopefully.

How far into the game are you? Because ProN isn't something you have from the very start. The game creates the necessary variables as they are needed. That means the variable for ProN in your save file doesn't exist, until you have received some Pron and that only happens once you enter the merchant camp near Feroholm for the first time.
Also, be avare that the game occasionally has some almost imperceptible cheat checks. For instance, you wont get the "Incubus Armor" from the cache in devils mountain when you open the final chest and you have more than 100'000sx on you because that is literally impossible to achieve at this point in the game.

If this theme was brought before I apologize, But I'm not going to browse 532 pages to search something.
I have a big problem with this game and is the Chosen ones. Look, I get the joke but it doesn't work in universe.
I've played 19 hours and in all that time nobody seems to find weird or ask why all the Chosen look and act the same. I can understand that all them sharing the same portrait is just artistic license, but the other problem is that nobody cuestion why Ivala is choosing useless assholes as her Chosen.
Is this going to be referenced in some way or it's just bad writing?
