I believe it's less about futa and more about the "rough handling" involved that might have the dev at edge. The sex isn't exactly wholesome and involves pretty much dominating, and to a certain degree, "humiliating" the MC. While nothing outright offensive, it still has enough gun powder to attract the wrong kind of activism wrath and STEAM might just preempt and refuse the game entirely if it meant avoiding opening that can of worms again.
I know, but as the dev explains it, it makes sounds is that's the reason.

Steam has never banned a futa game, the reason he removed futa content from the Steam release is so that people have to join his Patreon to get access to the futa content... it's his right to do this of course, but it's very scummy behavior...

Both has to do with with how they looked in a sexual context. There was a threesome scene with Bunny who was a younger looking female character in a school dress.

Was buy steam version , and so sad no futa content , it was so hot.. Rules, rules, rules, always devs cant play in his games, cause market set his rules
