I think it's because you got the quest 'Go back to pick up the key from the Locksmith shop.' even though you hadn't copied the key yet. Let me fix that for you, and I'll let you know once I've uploaded the new file.

If you didn't get her bad ending, you can find her at the swimming pool in the evening, the fitness in the evening, or randomly in the classroom in the morning.
Honestly, the age of sandbox game is long gone. I think your game is not bad, but all the backtracking and finding the event are too much of headache
Alright, since the dev seem active here, I will share my opinions after playing for about 1h. This game is wasting so many of our times. first of all, you have gift mechanic, which requires money. Money that are hard to earn, as about 30 buck-40 bucks/day. And you want us to spend it on gift that you don't even know it will increase affections ? Second, we don't even see the clear number of affection, just heart meter ?, can anyone show me where the number is. I don't even know how much it will increase. Third why create so many "place" like hall, school front,... you are not even use them that much. I recommend you download "The Sins within", it's a sandbox game, yes, but also one of few "not annoy the player" sandbox game.

- You can select the talk icon to get random dialogue. There are conversations that let you know what each girl likes. Plus, random talks also increase affection points too.
- You can press the magnifying glass icon next to the affection bar to see the current/max values.
- The front of the school has many events that must happen there, like the Yuri quest, Airi & Kyoko threesome quest, Reina quest, and the upcoming Sakura quest. I don't think I can remove that area. But the hallway is a good idea, because right now it only has the Yuri Bad End event. I will move that event to trigger in the classroom or on the stairs instead.
For the final quest's Bad End, she'll be at the park. what are you in the quests right now?
I skip her mission after can't find her in last update(not bugfix). I finish all mission of another girl.
I save one before kiss rin. have good end with natsumi, have kiss natsumi at pool, go see her next day and she gone. and i find her all place in map, still don't see her

you need to visit all the spots in the evening, and all on the same day. If you switch the time or day, it resets and you’ll have to start over.

If your current quest is 'Find Her', you just need to trigger the event in each of the locations I mentioned once per location. You don't actually need to see her in the scene.
I tested your save file and didn’t find any issues. Just change the time to Evening, then visit the following locations: Classroom, School gym, Pool, Rooftop, Teacher’s room, Library, Inside the Student Council Room, Cafe, Minimart, and Park. Do not change the time period—you need to check all of these places during Evening, all on the same day.
Here’s your save file in case you need it. Just walk out of the cafe to trigger the next part of the story.
