Yes only 6 main girl, the others girl will only have lewd scenes. There can be no ending scene.

How time consuming is the sandbox stuff in this one? I'm a fan of alternate routes and endings, but that + sandbox seems like it could be a tedious mess. Do you have you have to regrind stats/$$$/affection/whatever if you get a bad ending?

No, there aren’t any right now.

Not really. The endings depend more on your choices, while the stats are mainly there to unlock quests rather than being something you have to constantly grind.
