Is this game getting review bombed?
Nah, I don't think so. A lot of it is pretty fair criticism coming from those respective users. It's their opinion after all, but they do explain why they rated the way they did. The game is interesting with a lot of good world building, but it also has a lot of issues, bugs, and is pretty grindy. Players can unintentionally gate themselves off from content as well.
Do we need to cheat the corruption to do anything in the game? I have 30 corruption at the moment, and Fidelity at 89. The Gleam of the Outcasts quest doesn't progress, and it's been the only quest I've had available to me for a few updates now. If you stay in the inn above Reginald's tavern, there's a night event in the hallway for the husband. Watching that will send you both back to your home bed instead of the inn bed upon completion.
A lot of scenes requires a ton of corruption -- often in the hundreds. Just see the 200+, 250+ corruption requirements from what you quoted from earlier for example. You'll still be able to see certain scenes with lower corruption but be careful you can accidentally gate yourself from other scenes if you didn't acquire enough corruption before encountering certain characters as you play. In addition, there are also several scenes that are missable if a player acquired too much corruption as they play. That's got to be maddening to some players surely. There's a lot of grinding of stats, but by cheating or by using shop items some of that grind will be alleviated.

Regarding the tavern, yup, that happens as that's the entirety of that scene sequence that's currently in the game (well, as of v3.1.3B when I last checked). If you're seeing that then you've seen everything that chain of events has to offer right now, but you can sort of use it as a way to zip back to home from the slums I suppose.

I think it's fairly fun to play. The corruption requirements kind of take away from the freedom to play the game how you'd like. In general, the game could use a walkthrough. I'm not a fan of the constantly running clock, or the inability to minimize messages, but I still enjoyed the game until I got stuck.

Pretty much what AnyName'llDo said. It's fairly fun and the world setting is pretty good actually. It has grind, no doubt about it. Exploring the free-roaming section while advancing the main story plot is interesting, and while it gives a lot of agency for a player they nonetheless needs to be careful. When I first played the game I went through it pretty blind, but despite that I still looked up some in-game hints and had to reload a few sections. There are, unfortunately, a lot of missables and bugs which, as the previous poster said, does feel like it takes away some of the freedom of the way you want to play it. In addition, there's a balancing act in the mechanics to have the MMC and FMC to act the way you want them to given the circumstances and nature of the game as there are a lot of variables. Also, a note about something that doesn't get enough credit, the RPGM maps in the game are pretty decently made and are vibrant with its setting. Too often RPGM games have half-arsed maps that are really bare, boring, or simply bland. There are a lot of things in the game that's not really explorable yet but you can tell the dev put a lot of thought into it and laid out the bones to build upon them for the future. All in all (and despite the very polarizing reviews) I think this game is worth a spin. There are some games out there that simply aren't worth playing but this game deserves at least one playthrough for those interested in some of the themes this game encompasses. Hope that helps, cheers!

I'm experiencing the same issue. The FPS is low when I'm playing. My graphics card is an RTX 4060. I'm feeling really bad.

How is the femdom in this game? Are there many scenes like the foot worship image from the gallery in the first post? Or is it just very few femdom scenes and mostly NTR?

Also, is it possible to follow a path that avoids NTR and focus on getting the femdom scenes, or at least is there a gallery mode easily accessible where i could pick which scenes i would like to see?

I can see that this game seems to focus on NTR, and i don't want to be that person who asks "Is the [main focus of the game] avoidable?" But i'm starving for femdom games with cute looking anime girls, i have already played most of the ones that i know about, and the ones that are left are games with 3D looking graphics that i find the women ugly lol.
