Explore the house, you are going to see a stairs leading to the basement of the house, normally the stairs are blocked by the flames that you are talking about but once you are near the end of the event the flames disappear.

Old versions of the game got bugged after using rollback, I don't remember the cause, right now, I don't think it will cause major damage, but, it's up to you, I can't solve problems generated by that, if you break your save

Yes, you need perversion level 40 or above on both girls and then you will trigger an event before sleeping of and then you will get the mission of the job and outfits.
and Cassiel and Sapphire must have recieved at least 1 prank and 1 punish in their Waitress and Nun job. After all that, go to sleep and you will get the quest
