Okay so I have 0.45 and I simply can't progress because I can't beat the biker boss the second time. He's not taking any damage whatsoever. No matter how much I hit him. He doesn't get stunned either just stays there with full health.

yes, just following the quest lines eventually leads you to want to buy a dinner and at the store is when you decide to go back to being a hero
