I doubt Disney has any jurisdiction where they are. Either way, who cares if they milk people that don't stop paying? It's likely they have a reason they aren't releasing anything. It seems more than one Russian trainer game producer is struggling to produce. Witch Hunter Trainer has the same issue.

To be sharp and clear, Russian laws don`t prohibite the porn game development itself. You can make porn games for youself, you can play porn games by youself, but you haven`t right to upload, sell or distribute porn games in Russia- it`s illegal. It`s so-called "запрет на распространение порнографии" (porno distribution prohibiting).

I don't think it'll release anytime soon. They've done this many times before, they announce that they're releasing it in a few hours or days and then disappear for weeks or months.
At this point it's not even milking anymore, it's just trolling. They're probably doing this for shits and giggles.
