Hi, I seem to miss the sentinel station in the lower deck. Is there a new place supposed to appear for mission 17?

Same here, its not showing for me either.
When I have an event there I can access it by pressing the green arrow thing, but I can't visit Cammie.

When we get the new ship the sentinel station is on there, just not on the original ship "Bina"
