Netori is where MC steals girls from other guys.
In this case the NTR means Netorare, which is where someone steals your lover. Netori is MC taking someone's lover for themselves.
To add to my previous answer, there's specifically three kind of similar kinks that get shortened to NTR, previously everyone of them were under the one tag, but since Netorare and Netorase are quite divisive and caused headaches in the forums, people finally managing the site decided to split the tags.

Hey, SpeedPostx, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but there's an abrupt background change in the first scene with the MC on the couch with Ashley:
It's not just lighting, but it appears the angle has completely changed. The darkened window gets moved to behind the MC instead of behind Ashley, but the characters themselves and the couch on which they're sitting do not change positions at all. Anyway, something to consider fixing later on.

SpeedPostx God damn it! How do you succeed in making every LI be so damn adorable? Just played the latest update and everyone is just too adorable, i want to tease them all.
SpeedPostx also seems like gallery is bit wonky, second half of the pics show another pic when i clicked them. Basically opened in mixed order when i tried to see larger versions of them.
