I'm a bit restricted by DAZ assets with 'beast' people but they are an important part of the story. The old world where all these races were common still exists in pockets around the Lusanti Kingdom. For example, The Leonthari have regular dealings with most of the Eastern Kingdoms.

Oh I don't have an issue with them or how they look, they were fine. I'm a fan of beast looking beast people. It's just that since this is a fantasy poon game. And a lot of the time we get to stick our junk into uh.... alternative holes. And since the males looked like that.

I didn't know what side of the furry scale the females were going to land on.


So I was a bit happy about the prospect, but unsure about what the other side was going to look like. But I saw live action Nala so now I know.

Other than that, and it hurts to admit it, but loosing Gwen and the unborn will push MC towards "mercilessness towards enemies" ... a ruthless path in which he could loose himself.

Yeah, the letters and the reveal happened way too close to the end of the chapter. It is either Gwen, or it was a red herring because it was so obvious. Only two chapters in, so not sure of the dev's habbits yet.

I wouldn't think he'd need that dose of reality. How old was he when he was on a battlefield for the first time? People who've seen war - real war, up close (as opposed to pushing a button from 1,000 miles away) generally know about the realities of death. And if people now come back with survivors guilt, PTSD, etc - I can't imagine how bad it was when people were fighting with swords, spears and axes or watching a cloud of arrows take down half the people you know in 30 seconds. Not saying he would freak out about who it was, but it sounds like he's been staring death in the face since before he had pubes.

Valid points. I was working from a perspective that the MC saw battle, but wasn't in the battle, and did not see people dead he knew well up close and personal. Plus, he was a child. Over time the shock of such things and perspective changes. as you said, he would have seen violence from an early age, executions, wounded guards and so on. Violence is routine. Losing people he knew was routine. Losing people he knew up close and personal is another level.

In some cases if you do the "I want more" and show you are serious about a relationship as opposed to a quick fuck (Jacinta/Kamaria I remember, maybe others) you get more love points with them than if you have the lewd.

Sorry I missed this one. I'm going to steer away from points and lewd choices. People play differently. Some like the girl but not lewds. As the relationships evolve, each girl has a different kink, so some people may like the girl but not the kink and stay away from viewing those scenes. I don't want to seem like I'm punish people over kink preferences. I don't think that's fair, so if I do that in future let me know.

Good to know. I took "I want more" as - not a rejection of the girl but a rejection of the timing I guess? Like the Paladin, it just seemed too soon and she seemed like she was already freaking out - so I felt like it was time to back off rather than press ahead.

Just remember how it all begins:
- MC got beat up on a regular basis.
- Yenna got abused by nearly everyone
- Livvys' backstory
- Charlies' storyline with MCs brother

And he (in my eyes) confirmed it, this is the first death which has significant impact on the MC. there is no need to kill off someone else, this would only decrease this impact.

But this is where and why Yenna could be the MvP for the next chapter(s).
Just think about the "i saved her, she saved me" thoughts, her connection to her "dream lady" (forgot the Name if she had one already).
How else could you establish a meeting between MC and the Lady?
He has to(!!!) spiral downwards.

Why else?
What do you think will Lydia do?
She will go ballistic, seeing MC suffer like that... thats how it will become public (or known for MCs inner circle) on whos side she and her group are.

The next questions could be... what will Gwens mother do?
Support MC? Blame him? Join the Anti-faction?
How will the Elves react?

Who is/was behind the attack?
The same group Lydia encountered? Someone else?


What i nearly forgot:
Keeping Gwen and the child alive would/should have put her up as a Main-Li... but she never was.
Would have been way too easy

And besides:
If we look at other stories, tv shows, history itself...
If MC is going to marry one of the (so far known) Main-Li ... maybe becoming King...
What would you think would/could happen to a bastard child?

Yes, originally I was looking at 24 chapters, but I cut the girls branches in half and a few other chapters and it's 16 chapters now. I didn't want to cut this VN in two unless the size absolutely forces me too.

The reason for that is the next VN will be the same world, a continuation of the overall theme (That will come out more later) but a different MC a lot more branching and different LIs. The current MC and LIs will be part of the next VN, but in a side role at this stage.

She's never touched the MC's brother, just gone along with his tales. Nearly all her reputation are rumours his brother spread, he does it to hurt him because the brother is pretty evil. She went along with it because MC likes his brother and she's trying to protect him from the truth.

A Paladin that likes to make things dead and seems to get a happy from it while being depressed about everything else.
A 300 year old mage that's banged her way through the centuries and never managed a stable relationship (red flag city).
A pervert that gets off on watching others.
A literal child that seems to have declared herself the MC's future wife.
A small army of widows .... like, does every woman who's husband died just think "I know, lets bang a prince".
A corpse (fuck you dev for killing her).
A bunch of old women. No idea if they are actual LI's but a couple of them have huge tits and Ava wants.

Then there is Livvy that thought she'd found love, he ended up being a cunt to her and now everyone thinks she's a slut because of rumours and because the MC's brother is a massive gaping vagina who did it all just to hurt him.

Livvy is still my #1. I don't care that she fucked the MC's brother when she was 18 and thought a prince loved her, and if anything I'm sad about the abuse she's taken since then but she's been the MC's BFF/fuckbuddy anytime he came to town for years and (based on the info we have) probably knows him better than all of the official Li combined. Plus the thing with MC's brother was before she met the MC and - despite him being gone for 11 months out of every year, hasn't been with a dude other than him since they met. The people who are going on about what a slut she is probably haven't had actual sex, so one time for them is pretty slutty.

The timeline was:
- MC was not in the capital when Livvy arrived and when Rebeus seduced her.
- Rebeus was well and truly done with Livvy (as he got what he wanted).
- The MC returned from a diplomatic trip. Rebeus set Livvvy and the MC up. The MC didn't know Livvy. He was still mourning the end of his relationship with Tabitha. All MC knew was Livvy was a new girl in town, not that she had been with Rebeus and Tabitha. Rebeus had threatened Livvy not to say anything.
- By the time the MC found out about Livvy and Rebeus they had been intimate numerous times and it had been months. It became an uncomfortable situation.

The other factors were the King isolating the MC. and the MCs friends being off on the own duties etc. Livvy and the MC were two isolated people. Whether it was right or wrong is up to the player to decide.
