Not since August 11 (see my previous post). To my knowledge, the gap between updates hasn't been shorter than a month so far (not that I think it's slow, I'm just saying there's no apparent reason to expect weekly updates).

I'm experiencing significant lag that renders the game unplayable.

16 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6, 4 GB

I tried reducing graphics quality to medium, with no improvement.

Is anyone else experiencing the same? Or is my PC too low-spec'd to play this game?

I had not either. There is a single quest that unlocks some additional outfits. The quest is painfully repetitive and uses many of the same scenes over 3 characters. It is still very much a tech demo.
