Because what is here, isn't the latest available if you paid for it.
0.4.11.5 is just the latest Public version, the latest paid version is: v3.0.0 (Version numbering must have changed recently)

Yo Spudgy is there a possibility for you guys to have the motion blur be a separate setting?
It sucks to have to turn post processing all the way down in order to avoid the game looking like "cinematic" console pixel porridge.
