Have to say here, I disagree to a point. It might have appealed to more people making some LIs avoidable, but that also detracts from the ingrained story and how the LIs interact with each other. Given that the LI in question is one of his sisters who lives in the house, it's almost completely mandatory in her case.Just tossing you a bit of unsolicited advice from an expert in "porn-gaming"
Other fantastic games which sometimes offer choices, but are fully on-rails and have mandatory elements to them: Grandma's House and Sisterly Lust. GH has a set of core LIs that are quite literally unavoidable, some of them heavy MILFs. Sisterly Lust offers choices on many LIs, and one or two kink choices on primary LIs, but the core experience remains unchanged with some girls (and their kinks) being unavoidable due to story requirements.
0ptimus has chosen for a full story, on-rails, where the LIs are unavoidable (which includes their kinks). I for one respect that, and accept the game for what it is: a family harem game with a decent range of mainstream kinks. If I don't like any of them, I am free to stop playing the game and rate it accordingly. So far, none of them are "out there" (like hairy boob fetishes, or extreme bondage), so I think he's hit a sweet spot for the majority of people.
tldr; Sometimes the story requires core LIs to be included, fetishes and all, to see it through to completion. The Manor is such a game due to the proximity of those core LIs and how the story blends them together. Cutting out someone like Angela (for example) and how she interacts with the family in the house, would be a literal nightmare.
I see where you're coming from. My biggest issue is that the sex worker LI is a sister, which is combining a highly controversial storyline with an unavoidable(core) blood related LI. He could have made the choice to give that storyline to a non-related, and non-core LI, so that it could have been easily avoidable, without affecting the main story or any other characters'. He even mentioned, in response to my post, that he only did it that way due to lack of knowledge about the playerbase.
I decided to pass on this game, purely because I am highly turned off by sex workers, and this game has an unavoidable sex worker LI/sister. I'd never expect a developer to compromise their vision to make changes based on player preferences, though I have seen many occasions when a developer decided to make changes to appease a large portion of their playerbase that was passing on their game. These developers generally did so because they didn't consider the controversial content to be important enough to their vision/story to risk losing a significant amount of players. However, it's up to each dev to decide what they are willing or unwilling to do, when it comes to their game, and I always respect the dev's decisions.
I would, personally, give the game a shot if there were some way to have Angela's sex work storyline resolve itself in the background, with the player and MC never being made aware of it. From what I've read, it seems like it's a fairly short part of her early story, and then she gives it up. If that is the case, it seems like it would be pretty easy to just allow players to completely skip over that plotline, and rejoin her story after those events have transpired, without affecting much, if any, other major plot points.

The funny thing about Angela (in particular), is that she didn't start out as working for money online. She wanted, and only wants popularity and fame. The money is nothing to her (we never see her hoping for more in the game, or spending it lavishly), as the family is rich to begin with. She's using her account and the MC+ to gain popularity, and the only way to be #1 is to get there via sex.
From that perspective, I don't see her at all as a "sex worker", but rather someone who's insanely attractive and who chooses to use it for fame. And that portion of her story arc also drives her progress with the MC (among others) in the house towards more sex and types of sex.
She's quite simply a driven, ambitious girl who's decided to use her looks and sex to get what she wants. Her choice, and the MC (and all of us) benefit from the story progressing that way. If she were being coerced or forced in any way, I'd agree with you. But she's not.

After 3 days I finished the game.
I think it's an absolute top. Story, animations, tonns sex scenes, they're just gorgeously done.
Lots girls with their own characters, of course sweet Olivia sets the tone for the game
There's a lot of grinding, but I didn't feel it because you get a new scene almost every 2-3 days. Amazing work by dev, I just don't understand how I didn't notice this game before, although I constantly follow new releases.
Tell me when I should expect chapter 6?

I was about to comment on something else for her, but you might try Noon as well as Afternoon (that was the time period she said she was available). If I don't see her there at either time, I'll confirm in a follow-up post.
As for Ayami receiving points but not having her own Profile page in the love interest Heart section - she's hidden behind Yumiko's Profile. We have to click the > button in the upper-right, which I was at first oblivious to but found after some hunting. If there's no room for her own profile picture on the main Heart page, I'd change the > symbol to a mini-picture of her with her name underneath it. Then when viewing her Profile, put Yumiko's mini-picture with her name where Ayami's was in the upper right, so you can switch back and forth between them and easily see how to do it.

Ayami is available for me on the Lakeview map, lower-right area, in the Afternoon. She was not there at Noon. Blue circle background, white outfit, long hair. Yumiko shows as 55/55, 17/17, 3/3 on her profile, while Ayami has 0/10, 1/4, 0/1 on hers.
