I'm not looking for baby factory, just MC getting the girls pregnant and MC knowing about it is what I like the most.Pregnancy is planned, but not in the sense that you are used to seeing in other games. I want to maintain a certain consistency in the story and have babies non-stop without hearing anything more about the children, I've always found that strange.
We'll talk about it again during the last chapter
Now I do also like MC getting the girls pregnant and seeing the belly grow and having sex with them with the pregnant belly.

Or you can just follow the story, there is no "next chapter" button from chapter 4 to chapter 5, once you reach the final story scene of chapter 4, it leads directly to chapter 5.

It depends on where you are. If you're on the first chapter, keep going until night time and you'll see a big “next chapter” button appear at the bottom of the screen.
Chapter 2 is really where the main story begins, and normally everything is explained.

Just be careful as clicking that button can actually skip content with the ladies if you haven't fully unlocked them for that Chapter yet. I found that most notable when going from Chapter *3 to 4.
As for the discussion on the game's sandbox and 'grind' portions - it's really not that bad. Especially when you use the big red Heart in the upper-left corner to know where you stand with each girl, and can immediately see when and where one is ready to progress.
Beyond that, the girls' looks, personalities, and good H-scenes make it worthwhile. Even if Chapter 1 seems a bit funky for whatever reason, it substantially improves (and keeps improving) from Chapter 2 onwards. Worthy of a play IMO, even if you don't like sandboxes. The Manor isn't an extreme version like some other games are. It's modular, has tips, and is definitely engaging.
