Bit late to the party, but still.
While I do appreciate occasional "I can fix her" characters, considering everything MC has gone through, Hailey would probably be my last choice so far.
Yep, I might sound like a selfish bastard, but honestly, just like in real life, if I were in MC's shoes, I’d want someone wholesome, funny, and playful around me, not someone I have to fix or save, that's probably why I like Emily so much, she fits.
Though it's subjective of course. For some people, Hailey might be the perfect match - someone who helps distract them while they’re grieving.

Chapter 3 - Progress update #14
This week I got close to finishing the static renders for the intimate scenes, at least the ones I was able to do without finished animations. I expect about 60-100 more . These are the renders that will be inserted right before and after the respective animation.
That means I will start working on the animations next Monday. I have added the estimated number of renders to the progress overview. I am still unsure which variant I want to use in this chapter. The choices are:
- A similar number of animations and camera angles as last chapter
- More animations but fewer camera angles than last chapter
Roughly speaking, you can expect about 3900 (3829 currently) static renders (3500 for story context and 400 for lewd context), close to 50k words (44,7k currently) and about 5000 animation renders in the next chapter. If I were to extend the chapter for another production week, it would be equivalent in size to chapters 1 and 2 combined.

Honestly Hailey for me is someone I still need to see more. I just like the direction she is heading now. Before the last update I was more team Sarah and Lisa with Hailey as someone I liked but was unsure about. Tho I must say I never cared much for Emily for some reason I never disliked her but wasn't for me either other than her having a pierced titty if I recall correctly.Bit late to the party, but still.

I don't play as someone that is in the MC's shoes tho I been making new saves lately to play as what I would do if it was me as best as the game allows me. Also I see it more of a fantasy version version of me as well cause I also do some choices I would like to do but know I wouldn't if it was me due to being an introvert.
I do agree if I was in the MC's shoe's she probably be the last person you want a relationship with if you are thinking logically what is best for the MC. Then again it could also be one of those things where you try to be friendly and help her and turns into something more down the road. Cause lets be real even if you don't want to do anything romantic with her , I feel it would only be the right thing to be friendly and help her ( within reason of course). Unless you are someone that tries to distance your self from someone like that to work on yourself. I would find it hard to do that personally well at least in a video game real life hard to say cause im a bit of an introvert so I would want to help but if I actually would be the question.

The surprise twin with the daughter's name will at best be friendzoned fast, but was there a reason we didn't know she existed? Was MC's late wife estranged from her family? Why? Those answers will determine how friendly the friendzone is.

Was she/were they orphans? I don't remember, I have to admit that normally I replay a game from the start if there're only a few releases for each new one, but I didn't this time because I didn't feel like dealing with all the feels from the start of this game. Its still pretty sus that we didn't know about a twin, and finding out that the wife named the daughter after her twin sister without telling the MC about her existence is gonna complicate things.

Madelyn said Ella was her older sister, so they aren't twins. Ofc if we can trust her.
And it's still a big question of whether we can trust her at all. You know, MC is rich, lonely and vulnerable and suddenly appears a girl who painfully resembles the love of his life. You can think of anything.

But the coincidence is strange, in the event that she wants to scam MC why not after Ella's death? Even in the other case it seems strange you have now discovered her residence but not that she has been dead for 8 years?
