What i gathered from all the bullshit i have read so far;
-Madelyn is MC's half sister. MC's asshole father probably dipped his dick in many girls, including a younger Charlotte. Thats why Claire and her were bickering at the end there i assume. Which makes a confusing situation for the characters. Imagine your husband(MC) is sharing a blood related sister(Madelyn) with you(Ella) but you are not blood related with him(MC). But it makes sense somehow.
-Whatever Ella was scribbling down, it was meant to read by her sister Madelyn. Which, i am fucking tired of that build up. Just give her the fucking diaries and pretend she reads them offscreen and doesn't wanna share the whole lore drop with the MC to keep the suspense, if you really wanna hold onto that forced mystery.
-For one reason or another people around the MC trying to protect his father's secrets. So much so, Ella doesn't say shit about her illness, she knows she is going to die. She out right tells him in a flashback it is taken as a fucking joke. Assuming what i am saying is correct, why would Ella hide what she knows about the man whom is father of her half sister. That's why she is somber at every June 29th, such a girl that is longing for a family is aware she has living family but has to keep her distance somehow? To protect MC from something? Not wanting to have that weird conversation? I don't know about the latter but it is strange that; an influential woman like Charlotte didn't know what her arch nemesis' son looked like... She thought he was overseas taking over his father's business. What the hell was that about? I mean i have some ideas but, i don't want to speculate more than i already do.
-If you are playing the game as the gawd intended A.K.A "Gotta catch them all." to not miss a scene, you will get some dialogue implying he is not so different than his father. Even though MC isn't trying to fuck anything and everything that moves and has done no such a thing in the last 8 years or even way longer. he is still a manwhore(?). Which was the main reason made me write all of the above.
If i am wrong, ignore what i said. If i am correct, still ignore what i said. Play the game yourself, come to your own conclusions. I dont want another "situation" happening.
