Actually a great game so far, don't get thrown off by the funny translation error in the f95 description; that seems to have been changed on the itch link.
The later chapters are definitely a noticeable improvement over the first 1-2. You basically go through the main character's adventures with the four main women on the title screen, and also get dominated here and there by side characters as well. Mostly linear as of this point in time besides two endings exist for chapter 10, but it is also a longer chapter than the rest.
Looking forward to the August 15th update, you can get access earlier on patreon with the $1.50 tier but I imagine chapter 10 will be on itch and here on that day since chapter 9 is currently up on public release.

If you're referring to what's written on Itch, the developer put the changelog for Chapter 12 on it as the most recent. So it might be confusing. Chapter 11 should be the aftermath of the events of chapter 10 and a somewhat return to life prior.
