It looks like you run the game in the English character set. Use Locale emulator to run this game in Japanese.

Thanks for replaying. I am already using locale emulator. I also changed Locale system to japanese. I started the game using locale emulator then this message shows off
I found out what was happening. There is a check box below when you set the locale to japanese, you need to unticked this box and restarting the pc.
