I know this is a random Appetite thread to ask this in but uh is it safe to assume that Appetite is a circle similar to Miel in the sense that they push out mediocre titles with decent art pretty fast in a year? If that's the case I will be avoiding this as I've yet to read any of their VNs.

What is your issue with their games, that it's porn only? If so, look up the term "nukige" on the net and make note to avoid games you find tagged with that. Otherwise, i would strongly disagree. There aren't some extreme nosehook or petplay or piss-fetish things in these games, and Miel's art looks ugly and every time the same, too. These guys have at least a very varied line up of artstyles.

Not not nukige. I was referring to the poor writing and mediocre h-scene aspect of Miel games. They very much feel like shovelware crashgrab pushed out to make a quick buck. No, Miel is way worse of course. Appetite games are just short and simple nukige.

Damn, I can not accurately remember what it was about because it has been two years and the translation available at that time was shit. Nevertheless, it was a situation along the lines of, when a king has an official mistress.
The fiancé's family got him an "official" mistress because they are a respectable family and on the off chance that the MC commits an indiscretion, it would be better that it happens in private (inside the family's house).
I want to add to that - If the maid is doing it all with the approval of the fiancé, you cannot call it cheating. Cheating is having a relation/sex with someone else without knowledge, and behind the back, of the Love Interest. Cheating is doing it all in secret. In this case the maid is doing it all with full approval by, and in front of, the fiancé. So it's sharing, not cheating...
