Try removing "00layeredimage_ren.py" file which is in F:\xxxp\Themotel-pc\renpy\common\ and then launch the game again.

You can try my own gallery unlocker (my first ever) which I used in my Android port. Make sure to create a backup of the original file before replacing it. It's not universal - only for the current version of the game.

After replacing the file in /game folder, open Gallery and click "Unlock All" in the top left corner.

If you mean the .rpy from my previous reply, I've did some tests and it seems to work fine (didn't notice any crashes, at least in the beginning). I haven't played your game so I don't know if all scenes are getting unlocked, they were playable both on the PC version and the Android port.
