MC and Kajia being in a relationship didn’t even make sense in the first place. I mean, sure it makes it easier for her to ‘protect him’ (if she happens to be in town) but what happens when they break up. Relationships end all the time and with her being constantly gone it makes it more likely. The first time I played through, when I didn’t know about the Templars - I didn’t feel like that relationship was working. When MC was offered a promotion and couldn’t talk to Kajia about it because she was out of town and not answering texts - I thought “So he’s stuck in a bad relationship.” What was the Templars plan when they broke up? Was MC really going to tell people, including future Lis “Oh don’t worry about her, she’s just my super over protective ex. She’ll probably just follow you everywhere for a few weeks, do a background check and possibly hack your phone."
I doubt many people here will argue the Templars are demonstrating that they are strategic geniuses. :KEK:

Such a beautiful and capable creature she is

how is that not a man with eye shadow?!?!!?!?!?!?
Kajia does have a nice ass, she rides a motorcycle well and is a good shot. That’s about all the redeeming qualities I can think of. She’s not reliable, or honest, or trustworthy and the face is meh. But she does have a nice ass and for some people, that’s enough.

I actually forget about her ass till one is posted tbh. I actually like her face I think she makes some cute and adorable faces at time like when she is sad on the bench. Tho I also like her for other reasons and disagree on a personal level about alot of her negative qualities but no need to get into that

If you could choose someone who'd ridden a motorcycle into a gunfight for you why would you settle for less?
Well ... if we're not overly specific, many of the women in this game would be good in a fight - not sure about motorcycles or guns but in general. (Plus the only reason she had to ride a motorcycle into a gunfight was because she, along with everyone else, has been lying to you for years so you were caught unprepared.)

To be fair to Kaiji, it's probably hard to protect someone when your Templar superiors are constantly ordering you to leave the person you're supposed to be protecting. :KEK:
You're not wrong.
But even if you go with her to neverwhere, where her only order was to protect your ass, she manages to rush in a fight, with some parting words like ''go back alone''

And then there’s the weird thing where she “disobeyed orders” and “abandoned her mission” to come back and “save MC” (though I still think there’s more to that*). I mean … weren’t her orders to protect MC? Wasn’t that her mission?

It does leave open the possibility that someone in the Templars sent her away specifically to leave MC exposed. But that’s why operatives only have one mission at a time - so you don’t run into situations where you have to disobey orders so that you can obey your original orders.

* I still think her orders weren’t just to protect you but to prevent you from getting involved in fights/ shedding blood because she momentarily freaks out when you shoot mercenary dude and it’s shortly after that when MC starts displaying magical abilities.

I mean, pairing the MC with an active templar was stupid to begin with. Now the MC is not only the son of the Grand Master, now he's the boyfriend of a target for other groups.
