As there wasn't any mention, I posting this update by Ceolag from Steam:
Hey everyone,

It's time for the February Dev Log.

I finally finished Kaija's scene, which is the longest of the Chapter (and one of the longest of the whole game), and moved on to the next scenes.
The work on those went pretty well and I was able to move on to the next longer schene (Fiona) before the end of January.
So now I'm working on Fiona's scene for Chapter 6 which will keep me busy for a while too.
It's not as long as Kaija's scene but still pretty big.
I plan to finish that scene mid to end of February and after that, it's Elea's scene (also a longer scene) and the Chapter finale (shorter than the previous Chapter endings).

As of now, Chapter 6 contains 1775 static renders, 47 animations, and is script-wise between the length of Chapters 4 and 5.

Last but not least, in preparation for the Steam Visual Novel Fest in March, we set up a new bundle which you can find here:
Beyond Boundaries - The FourWorld Adventure

As usual, I'll attach a few preview renders done in the past month.

Have a good start to your week, guys.

Cheers,
Ceo

Pills is obviously American, he has a huge problem with age gaps and Medb being so much older. Should realise that, he mentions it in pretty much every damn post.
Hey, could you give me more details about this age gap bias from americans. I have some heated debates against some of them about a male in his 40s with a woman who is 21 y.o. They treat him as a pervert and the woman as a teenager in need of protection even though they are adults and every court would marry them legally. Is this an american prejudice?

She's a human character - yet to be introduced - who will be really antagonistic toward the MC in the beginning. However, she will slowly warm up to him and they will eventually have sex. Soon after that point, she'll be killed off screen by the Elves, shortly before the end of the chapter. /S ;) :)
Ah, Finnabair's step-sis from that Medb's non-related brother.

2 of the 4 LI's start off the wrong foot, seems perfectly balanced to me :D
I actually played through it again yesterday and I stick to this: I am very skeptical about the female material on offer.

Number 1 Kaija: She played a role in my very first playthrough until the end of CH1 and the beginning of CH2, then no more = 0/22 points

Number 2 Elea: I just can't warm to her. I don't see her as anything more than a friend = 21/27 points

Number 3 Fiona: I have a strange feeling about her family background and so I don't trust her yet. So I see her as a friend with reservations = 14/17 points

Number 4 Medb: Even if the score suggests otherwise, I am still skeptical. So far it is just a means to an end: 2 things are very important to me:
- The complete Alfar training program
- Attending the Finnabair ceremony
= 17/17 points

And finally there is still this statement from post #1:

How you deal with this new situation, this new world, who you trust or not... that is up to you.

Sure, but one LI betrayed you, the other has put a death warrant on you, the other 2 have been relatively normal so far.
When the MC comes, uninvited and unannounced, to attempt to have a meeting with the ambassador of the Alfar, Medb, he is given safe passage to see her - and the Alfar don't violate this safe passage agreement.

The MC came on his own accord, not as part of a delegation representing anyone else, Templars or other.

He is unaware of their customs and Finnabair takes advantage of this, prompting the MC to draw his sword, implicitly accepting the duel to the death, regardless of whatever protections 'guest right' might have given him. His lack of awareness is Not Medb's death warrant on him - it is the MC's lack of understanding of a culture different than his that puts him at risk.

In point of fact - the MC earns some limited freedom/his life by either sparing Finnabair, giving Medb a reason to see him as different than the humans she hates, or killing Finnabair in a duel while defending himself, following the customs of the Alfar to the letter.

At 17/17 points, Medb even goes so far as to ensure that the MC sees the Finnabair farewell ceremony and leaves Alfheimer safely versus becoming a political prisoner - again, hardly a death warrant...

Whether someone likes or dislikes Medb, she is acting consistently withing the boundaries of her culture, as it has been presented to us.

Some might even challenge that Medb is getting soft, taking the side of a Human over the Alfar by Not keeping the MC as a prisoner, given the coming conflict between the Alfar and the Templars.

Cheers!! :coffee:
