Maybe she was as devoted as Kaija in her youth, but after so many years being an executive of an order with dubious practices, she might finally see what the Templar order actually is and may have become sort of apathetic to it.
Something along the lines of:
In an organization there are those that do their job to solve the problem
And those who keep the problem to continue their job.

If she'd grown dubious of the Templars she would have retired from them completely. Linnae makes it very clear she's going back to the Templar rank and file, effectively putting herself on the front lines for whatever is coming. That could be a vote of confidence in the leadership of the new Council or a sign of skepticism in the Council's ability to accomplish anything from their lofty perch, but I don't see it as a vote against Templars as a whole.

It could be interpreted as :
That she's preparing to do what templars are supposed to(Kill demons/xenos? and chew bubblegum).
And not work the inner political shenanigans of the council to live another day.
Sort of a tangential similarity with GoT is that the OG Targaryen established his rule to prepare the continent for White walkers, while his descendants just fight to have control of the continent without a care for the OG intentions.
On an unrelated note:
It would be "funny" to see in the next chapter where MC and Medb or Ailil discusses/describes the cause of death of Finna and mentions that she was also "raped" since they found human DNA traces in her, and the camera cuts back to MC looking absolutely uncomfortable
if he did do the deed with her.

She told Medb that the MC called her a bitch, so I think she has shared some of her early frustrations with Medb - like the MC 'getting naked in front of her as if he was daring her to watch - the audacity of that human!!'
In some ways, Finnabair and the MC having sex was a continuation down the path that was marked by Finnabair's declaration that the MC was Min Ebra.
The Alfar's more casual attitude towards nudity and sex grew to include the MC with Finnabair.
I'm hoping that Medb gets to share some of Finnabair's comments about the MC when she is helping to escort the MC to Neverwhere (I'm hoping that Medb will be the senior Alfar in the escort and, with luck, some of Ceolag's upcoming previews will show us this).
On a side note - I like the fact that some of the Alfar language has found a home in my own language lexicon.
Min Ebra, Thiram, Ainu, Namaari, Mah all auto-translate in my head when I read them, and they come automatically to mind when I am commenting on this thread.
That is an unusual amount of 'buy in' for an AVN world for me - and I like it!
It reminds me of trying to learn Sindarin when I first started reading Tolkien and wanted to immerse myself in his world.

Well, Finna shared her cultural exchange experience with Medb in detail, but sharing with your mom that you were dicked down seems too AVN'ish.
Something like sharing the information/experience with friends after a date, but not including the intimate details.
As she said:
1. He's a guest at that point
2. Duel was approved
But in her own words, she would execute him on the spot if it was up to her.
And I don't mean she shared every single detail, just mentioned they had bit of fun, which is far from AVN'ish.

We wont know until the next episode what Medb actually knows of Finnas feelings for MC.
The Min Ebra conversation seemed to surprise Medb, so i guess that Finn's retellings of her experience were on a more fact/neutral basis than her personal feelings.
Not many can admit that they changed their core beliefs in such a short amount of time(especially for an elf) without sounding smitten with the other party.
I love graphic novels and the AVN format. I wish there was more story focused AVNs like this one. I'm really enjoying it as well. I haven't gotten in to the lore as much as I want too, but I'll get there. I'm really enjoying that aspect as well. Some AVNs are really good erotica and some are really good stories. Bear in mind the Min Ebra conversation with Medb seems to happen only a few hours after Finnabair called the MC "min ebra" for the first time. Finnabair's estimation of the MC had been changing for a while, but that particular declaration feels like a spur of the moment thing: something as small as choosing to keep your distance from Lugh can prevent it happening.
Given all that, my guess is Finnabair just didn't have time to give Medb the latest hot gossip before the MC spilled the beans himself, hence Medb's surprise.

I doubt it.
While the elves are more open towards sex that doesn't necessarily mean she tells her about all her partners.
More important, i don't think she had any time for telling Medb about their fling.
She spends that day off with the MC and the next day she is already on the mission. So if she had a talk with Medb on that evening, i would presume it was about her mission and last preparations etc not about sex with the MC.
