Hey everyone,

I'm glad this week is coming to an end.
I caught a cold from my wife last weekend and spent most of the time in bed. This time of the year sucks... everyone sneezing and coughing.
I'm sure they specifically target me in an attempt to harm me! Now where's my tinfoil hat?

On top of that, the new PC gave me some issues because it did not boot on Wednesday afternoon. After spending several hours troubleshooting I hope I have fixed the problem now (RAM settings in BIOS). At least it's working again now.
I'm sure it does that on purpose to annoy me. Ah... there's my tinfoil hat...

Moving on to the work I actually got done this week.
I had to set up 2 new environments so that took quite a bit of my available time, especially the 2nd environment as it is a kitbash from 3 different environments.
Besides all that, I got a few more renders done and a bit of coding.
Hopefully, the next week will pass by without additional problems and I can catch up with the already written stuff.

The numbers for this week:
51 new static renders for a total of 980
1 new animation for a total of 14
81 new lines in the script file for a total of 2908

Problems or not, Ceolag still delivers the numbers! He is now averaging roughly 58 static renders, 0.8 animations and 171 lines per week overall since work on Chapter 6 began. Here are the charts:

Not much to add in the prognostication department; we're still too early to guess when it will be over. We might have a better idea when we see what comes after Kaija.

As for Kaija... much as I like her, I have to admit going skiing with her seems a bit much given the current 'political' situation. There are definitely things she and the MC need to talk about (or yell about, depending), but this is a bad time for a vacation. Even if the MC has burned bridges with his parents and despises the Templars (yet still wants to hang out with Kaija), it seems unlikely Kaija would be willing to drop everything for the MC no matter how much she loves him. I guess we'll have to see how this plays out.

I like the statue idea but I mainly want to weigh in and say that with Finn dead, the best living girl in the game is Kate.

This is truth. The only thing that costs her any points is that she's not a Li - which is a weird thought. MC sits down with Kate and says "I really, really like you but CEO says you're just a side girl." Still, if we can't actually attack the Templars then I'm pretty close to joining the "Hunker down in the bar and watch the world burn with Kate" club.

Edit: But now I'm afraid that Ceo will kill her too.

Agree. It's definitely a battle for who I'll settle for now. I like Medb and will help the Alfar - especially against the Templars but Medb isn't really a Li for me. Kajia has been out of the running for me since the night of the assassination attempt and is even more so now (after Finn), Elea was never in the running for me ... I mean the first time I met her the first thing that popped into my head was "nope", and even after the car - beach thing I just don't find her interesting. So that leaves Fionna and Kate (and I swear, if Steroid Kevin is the kid she saved - if she gave up her family and home country to save Steroid Kevin then I can't trust her judgment anymore and it's just Kate.)
