I bought the game on Steam and I am a patreon supporter as well. My response is speak for yourself and no CEO doesn't at all. He has his own plans for the unfolding of his story. He doesn't have to bow to anyone. I don't want a more aggressive Templar path, the opposite. I'd like to see the Templars redeemed and I was hoping the MC may clean house with the Templars and restore them towards a better path. If that doesn't happen so be it. It isn't my story to tell.Ceo must take in account that fans and supporters (I bought the game and I will subscribe his patreon) wish for a more aggressive route against Templars. It may be influence of all my youth playing Assassin's Creed games, or even by members of some "secret societies" that I know personally and brag they are the legacy of those templas, but they are repulsive to me even as a concept and I would like to have an opportunity of following the steps of Clement V in this game. Something akin to Green Lantern's Emerald Twillight if possible.
The Templars of Assassins Creed bear little resemblance to the Templars of history. Assassins Creed is a game, not a history lesson. It's pretty concerning you let games influence you so much that you bear a fanatical hatred for a group a people from a 1000 years ago.
