Yep I usually mention them as the Nordic countries all those 5 hehe. But in my country Portugal is more common to say "Escandinavos" ofc Scandinavian in English. Same happens with The Nederland's and I use that in English but in Portuguese we were raised to learn it as Holanda/Holland and ofc the correct in Portuguese is "Paises Baixos"/Nederland but I'll never get used to it, too old already haha.

Personally, I’ve always kind of grouped Finland in with the other Scandinavian countries when using the term "Scandinavia," even though it’s not a huge deal. We could also just do like pitao and refer to them all as the Nordic countries. As for the Netherlands, in French we often say "Hollande," which is actually just a region, but the name stuck and is still commonly used to refer to the whole country, along with "Pays-Bas." That other French name refers to the fact that much of the country’s land is low-lying, below sea level, just like the English name, which basically means the same thing.
