I'm sorry if I'm mistaken here, but what seems to bother you is that the MC has his own mind, character and behavior and you are unable to control every aspect of it. This is what happens in VN's - they have a story to follow, you only have a limited control over it. If the MC is meant to make a mistake or behave like an ass, then he just does it.

Damn, I have to start over and follow Elea's path right from the beginning. At first, I followed an “open” path and chose to train with Kajia. I didn't immediately follow Elea's path.

I made 4 exclusive paths for Kaija, Elea, Fiona, and Medb,(Kaija friend is on Medbs) , plus one Pokemon path (chaotic disaster) in which I have sex but very sparse Info

I disliked it too. With Fiona I told her all, and I would have followed with everyone, Helena, Kate, etc. There is no sense in revolting because of the secrecy and doing the same. It would be a small act of revenge for me exposing everything bit by bit.

You don't need a dedicated Elea path to see those clues. I was able to catch them on my main canon Kaija love path where I'm just good friends with Elea. But on that one I haven't slept around with others, so maybe that makes a difference?

Given Alfar sexual culture, I doubt Medb will care that much. There's a non-zero chance Finn just straight up told Medb about it before her mission.Pretty much the same as many doing finnabair while hoping to get Medb in the future
