I like the action portion of this game but given the slow pacing of the main plot, it's probably gonna be a long wait until the main plot starts to get really exciting for me.

I don't think so things are alingning fast and taking up speed...now that the ground is prepared.

Ch.4 released ~1.5years after Ch.1 did, so the pace was pretty good. It's the 5&6(same 1.5 years of dev.) that have taken a chill pill.

My personal interpretation of that is MC will have progressed beyond the petty squabbles of the Alfar and Templars. Perhaps Queen Mab will understand what he has become or is becoming, but few others are capable of comprehending. Of course, this will mean his consciousness has evolved beyond the need for sex or intimate relationships as we know them...

I think MC is giving the background for every element or character in a pace of one per chapter. We have now the back story of Kaija, Medb and hints about Elea, himself and Jess. We'll see the same about Fiona in the next chapter and she will be the last. The next chapters will deepen our understanding about MC and Jess true nature and past, and later will see the third part conspiration and its motivations that will bring us to the climax.

basically everyone is pissed off at you and spend the rest of your days till you go home under house arrest. If I recall not much difference in that path for ch 6 either.

Hey everyone,
This has been a pretty busy week with a lot of work on all ends.
Additionally, holidays started over here, and we're preparing for our vacation starting at the end of next week.
I still got a bit of work on the game done, though.
The progress overall is as expected and, for now, in line with what I have planned. If I stick to my plan (knock knock), we're past the 50% mark for the new chapter.
Next week will be even busier due to the upcoming vacation. I'll still post a Dev Log at the end of next week, just before we leave for vacation.
The numbers for this week:
95 new static renders for a total of 810
0 new animations for a total of 8
431 new lines in the script file for a total of 3167
