So technically, IMO, there isn't any NTR in the game as of the current state of the game.

However, knowing how some people get triggered by any woman having sex anywhere in the world with anyone but the main protagonist. :p Well, those people probably want to skip some scenes.

So the MC could hate Gina to that point to let Boris fuck her, even for his own convenience, I don't think so. Seems to me that he's so much attached to Gina when he puts an effort to let her return. Could be the MC a psycho without feelings and the idea of being the next boss (probably not), or could be a weak one without blood in his veins (more probably), but this is subjective and couldn't be confirmed yet.. Anyway, to drive Boris so he can fuck his mother/stepmother/someone close??, it's kinda weird..
Like I say in my comment before, in my opinion it's honest to put the NTR tag on the OP when clearly it happens (obviously, in Gina's case could be avoided)..

I love that so far, I feel like this is a game about the Mafia that has porn in it instead of a porn game that takes on a Mafia setting.

The settings and situations are mostly believable. The characters aren't dumb or totally unrealistic like most porn games. All the women know the world they live in. They know their place in the world (the power they hold or don't hold) and probably the dangers inherent in their situation. So far the one and only sorta naive person in the game is Johnny who thinks the Mafia is some wonderful place to be and his life will be great if he can become a part of it.

Just because of that, it's probably my favorite game that is currently in development.

stuck on the hotel quest thing, you can't talk to nobody and MC refuses to go to sleep. In the Hotel room to is always closed. What am I supposed to do or is it bugged out.

fair enough, but let them be, no use telling them. as I went through the thread my understanding is that this game doesn't have enough content to bother enough to make walkthrough or saves. They will find out the hard way.

I'd say he loves them, just not as fiancées. He has a life outside of them and vice versa. You could play him as an unmitigated psycho asshole though I think the story as written makes the most sense if Nick takes care of those close to him, but can be rough, manipulative or assertive sometimes.

Definitely mommy issues wrt Gina and Anna. He didn't have a proper family and they took care of him, and he saw their sexual side. So it's a hybrid parent-friend-milf relationship.

I attached all my saves to the end of the 0.5 content. Extract in \Appdata\LocalLow.

Is there a way to make dialogue progress with the keyboard instead of left clicking?

I'm just way too used to use space and enter while reading.

You need to remember this is an alpha state game developed by one person.

After Death+Anna scene got a quest to talk to Anna in her office but her office is empty and I cannot go to sleep either. Am I the only one?

yes, the sequence is the following:
Talked to Anna about hotel -> Had a scene with Gabi+Anna with option "if Gabi is ok with that" -> after scene and dialog you appear outside the hotel -> go home and talk to Gina -> Cannot sleep\empty Anna's Office
