If I remember correctly (it's been a while since I played) the reason he decides to get them pregnant is the idea of "legacy," of leaving something behind for when he's gone. As for the girls finding out about him, the ending VOs for them imply that they do.
so it will never be fixed by the creators except if a fan groups decide to with the recent windows updates? clearly those windows updates are there to stay.

I cannot get the hidden route for nanami. I am squeezing her chest for like minutes straight and still no milk....

It's a problem that was introduced with a Windows update. I don't believe there is current fix for it aside from possibly uninstalling said update if you are able.

Hi, quick info for other users: from what i've gathered this is a fix for windows 10 only, on 11 i still have the issue and latest kbs did not fix it.

Well i have Win11 24H2 EN and installed KB5067036 and now it's working so...
The KB didn't show up in Windows Update but i just manually downloaded and installed it
German page but it's at the bottom under "Manueller Download der KB5067036 (Aktualisiert 29.10.2025)"

Thanks, i wasn't aware of it due to windows update center not showing me that KB. I'll wait for it to show on there though as even the official windows update page does not have a direct download link.
