1. The relationships are building over a year. As a unapologetic Rogue Like speedrunner, we intentionally made the relationships rely on building an actual connection. However, I will say that not all relationships will follow the same formula. As an example already in the game. Jean is willing to have sex with you one season earlier than Rogue and Laura. Other girls may be willing to have sex with you the first season you meet them. It all depends on the character. We just started with really vanilla characters by sheer coincidence.

2. This is by design. I can see about getting the coders to tweak the RNG because I hate low % RNG more than NTR. Though we don't want you to zoom through the content in the first season.

I'll look into getting a walkthrough or something but play the game guys. This is in fact a video game and we've had Nightcrawler and the girls explain things in details that are borderline fourthwall breaking.

How can the background of the speech bubbles be toggled to not have the black dots in it? I only found the toogle to remove the comic filter, BUT that is already off for me.

I brought this up on the discord, the devs are aware, and have stated that they will look into accessibility options later on.

My bad. I thought we already had that in. But yes we are always looking into accessibility options. I have minor epilepsy so that's why the flashing lights are optional. We're also planning on making color blind options for some of the UI. However, the core game is currently our focus.

However, I think it doesn't make the most of that advantage. For example, in the sexual scenes, it could use pop-up vignettes overlapping the main image to show certain sexual movements, something similar to what the animated Spiderman movie of Miles Morales does and that would distance it from the handicap that Rogue Like has by eliminating the "cut transparent doll" effect of the man when they touch or lick each other's body parts, showing other angles of view in that vignette to better show that action in a more believable and sensual way.

This is in the works my dude. There's so many cool work arounds we can do with comic panels. It's one of the things I never shut up about in dev chat.

One I'm looking forward to us adding is a panel showing a girl fingering herself while the player is getting a blowjob. Saves on art budget, matches the game's aesthetic, and would look less awkward than contorting the sprite.

Yeah that's currently one of my biggest complaints with the game. I won't bash Oni for making creative decisions he feels is best for his game but I do think using comic Laura and comic Jubilee was a mistake.

It's probably the potato laptop. Though as I said above, we're always working on optimization.

A bit better 'tutorial' would be nice, or rather, the information already contained in the database should come up the first time you interact with the thing.

Nightcrawler and the other characters explain in intricate detail how things work. We've also added tool tips. We even added a fourth wall breaking confirmation for locking in quirks. My dude, are you playing the game or just skipping through text hoping it gets you sex faster?

Personally, I'm also not a particular fan of the way progression works right now.
First, being forced, basically, into the 'harem' route. Not that I mind Harem in general. But in order to progress you're forced to basically date every girl, even ones you don't care about.

You're not forced into the harem route. 0.3 added the option to put things on hold and all content can be completed platonically. Things will just lack a romantic undertone.

Then, i'm not entirely a fan of being forced to progress the story in order to further the relationship. I understand why it's a thing, and it's not necesarrily a deal-breaker, but it makes it difficult to really play the game at your own pace.

It's a narrative focused game my dude. I don't know what else to tell you.

We're working on it. Some people are fine with it, some aren't. We're trying to find a nice middle ground that won't take away too much time from the core game.

I think it would be nice to also show character icons on the map itself instead of just a list to the right.

This was specifically removed because once we start adding more characters the icons would begin to spill out and clutter the map. It's better this way.

Also simply making the map bigger would add lag for some people and look weird on smaller screens.

I personally think it would be nice to have money on the HUD.

The wardrobe shame mechanics are a bit weird. I understand it, but you also have cases where you're experimenting and then she throws a fit because she won't show her tits.
Also the shame for wearing a swimsuit is like 700, when the limit for it is way lower. So it's kinda weird she'll wear it naturally?

Yeah. Shame was added for a more "realistic" approach. I'm personally not the biggest fan but trust me that we are doing our best to make it function properly.

Also finally, personally, I'd love to see a slight art difference when a wardrobe set doesn't include underwear (Nipples protruding a bit ect)

This is actively being considered with the clothing art updates.

1: Could there be or are there plans for a dialogue option with Kurt in early chapters to say something like "It's always good to see you, Kurt" or "Kurt, you've been a great friend, I just wanted to thank you" or "Kurt. You're awesome." something along those lines because most of the time Null is just asking Kurt for advice or information. He's been super kind I just don't like the feeling that we're always taking from the guy.

Yes, this is something that needs expanded on. There are already plans to expand the interactions with the X-Bros and that will be the perfect time to make sure that Kurt is getting a little more acknowledgement for how much he helps Null throughout the game.
Edit: PS - I made sure to mention the specific nature of interactions in the suggestions section over on the Discord. I think its a great idea.

We have been discussing the idea of "bro dates." Stuff like going to the bar with Logan, playing videogames with Kurt, etc.

Seeing that some of Null's possible actions helped that girl to escape, it occurred to me that it would be a cool way to introduce/retcon one of the future female cast members as the girl he helped save(or a friend of that girl) as a pleasant surprise. An "I'm glad to see you made it out of there" introduction starting on a positive note.

I'm plagiarizing this.

As a general reminder, not to anyone specific above, the girls in this game aren't fuck dolls. They have their own agency and will not bend to your will. If you don't want to respect their boundaries, wait until a girl who's more willing to jump in the sack to be added to the game. If you're impatient for that, please go play Oni's game. Great update! Looking forward to the next batch of improvements. My only real (minor) complaint is that I would have expected that Cecilia Reyes would finally have finalized art given that she’s so early in the story so far. Alas, our primary caretaker is still a void ghost.

The only oddity I've encountered is the "you need a shower" icon is significantly delayed but randomly. I can train or swim once and it's there, but I can also swim, then do something else with no icon. I tried training three times in a day, and the stank alert didn't trigger until the next morning.

I would like to give my opinion
- The art is absolutely incredible, even if Laura's position makes her look rather frozen, as if she'd blocked her back.
- The "dressing" menu lacks a little clarity. I personally didn't understand how to set up a garment for days.
- When you go to the bathroom in the Danger Room and a character is present, it's very strange that he or she undresses in a bathing suit and showers with you again without being asked.
I suppose towels will be added later, but that doesn't solve the problem of a character with whom we're not intimate showering in the same room as us when he's just showered.
- I couldn't figure out how to do any tasks without going to Xavier, and that's a bit annoying.
- Kurt, the written German accent is horrible to read. I fully understand the will, but it might be a good idea for players whose mother tongue isn't English (like me) to reduce the accent to a few "accented" English words + allement (Fraulein and the like).

Also:
- Will we get a longer haircut for Rogue like in her 90s version? :3
- Different costumes for each character?

Overall game is great and already surpasses Rogue-Like: Evolution in terms of quality, I liked story content and events, which makes the game more than just stats grind.

I'm having a horrible issue with trying to use the new .3 version on my Mac. I use an older Macbook running Catalina. It seems like the issue is probably related to renders as that seems to be the most common term in the error feedback. Initially had a problem with version .2 but it seems like thats related to uncompressing the file. I used Renpy to recrate a Mac distribution file and was able to play through the game with no problems.
Loving the art and love the story even more. Jean Grey has surpassed Rogue in this game in my opinion.
Hoping someone else has had this error and managed to fix it. It first pops up when you arrive at the mansion, and after clicking ignore you can get past it but it eventually will not go away and makes the .3 version unplayable.

And I know, I know, just play it on a PC...that's what I will eventually do if I can't get the mac version fixed.

So I'm just joining the choir (seemingly) for more random, small Kurt interactions.

Other than that, the game so far is absolutely splendid, I must say, I really enjoy the day-to-day progression, just bumbling around, reading the occasional banter between characters... it's silly to expect that out of porn game, but I really wouldn't mind more buddy moments. Pizza and music night with erryone or something.

And maybe having Professor X default to 'Professor' in dialogues, it feels a bit awkward to go "Xavier this, Xavier that".

These are the BETA relationships as I understand them to be.

Laura relationship: She's almost naive, in a vat grown clone type of way. She doesn't quite understand what consent is. If MC doesn't set boundaries she'll be watching you sleep and showing up out of nowhere to make out w/o asking.

She's still very guarded so pushing *her* boundaries is ill advised.

Jean is a service domme. If you're willing to explore the space she is BIG into that Onee-chan stuff. Wants to be recognized for her skills, acts like she's the best in a tongue-in-cheek teasing way rather than narcissism. Show appreciation and she'll spoil you rotten.

She recognizes the weirdness/taboo of the faux-incest petnames and dynamic and checks in with you on it.

Rogue is your goth trad-wife with a big secret. Wants to be clear she's not into you because of the whole touching thing. She has a bit of an inferiority complex and beats herself up inside cuz she can't share her big secret.

The other guys tell me she's a sub but i'm not at that point yet. The game hasn't been balanced yet so the stat gain is nerfed and i'm not sure what events i haven't seen yet.

Well, there's a pretty clear winner here. A good thing really, I much prefer having only a single favorite and ignoring everyone else.

It's become slow when you give "wrong" answers to girls story scenes and/or ignore side scenes. Then you only left with option to grind 1000 points by 6 per action. When story content ended I had like 700/1000 for Jean's Trust and Love, despite doing all side quest and selection neutral answers. That's 100 more actions just to max her out. At some point gifts also stop giving you any points.
So yeah problem not so much with a grind, but with a lack of interactions to improve relationships with girls, espesically Trust.
Maybe this will be fixed by itself, when game add more content.
I also think that succesful dates should add like 20/20 trust/love, right now they aren't worth doing and giving you less than study or training.
