So I've been on a little vacation and I'm going to make an exception to reading EVERY post as I got a backlog of like almost 20 pages.
Went on holiday and you're right back to reading 20 pages of shitposting?
That's dedication.
Rogue's current personality is actually true to comics. When she got away from Mystique and Magneto's influence she became rather meek and unsure of herself. The Rogue y'all are familiar with that was displayed very well in the 90s cartoon doesn't come around until the late 80s. Reminder that we're currently adapting stories from the 70s.
Of course, yes. I meant to say this in my original post and somehow just skimmed over it. Whoops.

Early Rogue is all about her insecurity; she's fresh from having just been on the Brotherhood, in the throes of an identity crisis thanks to absorbing Ms Marvel, and doesn't feel like she really belongs on the team at all. That's absolutely what your game's drawing on here (minus the split-Carol-personality and how she looks like a middle-aged witch at first, because pretty privilege is real and especially real for pretty mutants).

I mean, OUR mutants are pretty much the ubermensh of the mutant population, they are hot and have cool powers.
Most mutants are pretty much the morlocks and their life is shit and mutations are mostly inconvenient to themeselves at best.

Even the Morlocks are subject to pretty privilege -- their leader is Callisto, who's the most conventional looking of the lot.
(I'd hesitate to actually call her pretty or hot, unless your thing is "personification of an abused alley cat with a knife and an eyepatch", in which case, I won't judge)

Wasnt Callisto a model before she got her face fucked up?

Her initial interest in Null is very much exploitative and predatory to sate her need to have control over at least one aspect of her life. It becomes even more so if you encourage her quirk.

Quirks will be explored psychologically in the future but in the beginning you're just enabling unhealthy coping mechanisms that don't solve the core issue.
Wait...enabling the psychological issues of every super powered woman at once while getting into relationships with them might not be good?

3 new fully romancable ones in chapter 2 with a possible fling.
I can guess who the fling is, but I'm keeping it to myself until it is revealed in game to avoid misleading people.
I may write if I was right or wrong after it.

Tbh, Kurt also would end up with the Morlocks if the X-Men didn't find him.

THIS will be very VERY interesting to see as the story progresses , I should start another run where i turn off these quirks , maybe not with Laura cause over protective Laura is the best

Inb4 Laura ties Null to a radiator in the sub-levels of the mansion to make sure he doesnt get hurt this time.

Damn, I absolutely love the wardrobe system. Still abit impractical to get them to dress slutty in public without cheating but it definitely scratches some itches. Would love a few male NPCs who we can make squirm with public acts and their clothes. Looking forward to eventually having Kitty join the squad, she's my all time fav.
