Mr Sinister in TNH is just the same as in comic canon, except instead of cloning Jean to engage in Scott-centric eugenics, he's cloning Rogue for Null-centric eugenics
was my misunderstanding since she did appear in every seasonal event and seemed important ...oh well...we can say we know she is in chapter 3 hopefullyNo, the next girls are Storm, Dazzler and Kitty Pryde.
If by the end they don't make it into the game maybe you could add an option to the main menu like an icon of an open book where you can access and read those stories, maybe a timeline of events in this world stuff like that.I actually already wrote some stuff (I think at least a year and a half ago now, maybe close to two years ago) that'll maybe be added some day, from Laura's perspective. I did three short stories covering a different period of time before the game: one for Jean giving an overview of her life at the school from the beginning that shed some light on her relationship with Scott and why they broke up, one set a few weeks before the game starts that covers one of Laura's sessions with Storm that gives an insight into how she views the world, and one set the day the game begins, dealing with those weird phone calls Rogue keeps getting.
No idea if they'll ever make it in, but I hope they do. The Rogue one, I'm especially proud of. But there is stuff that's been done along those lines already.
Maybe add an option to have to "Click to continue" if you want to see them?Admittedly, with load times getting faster with newer games, it'd be nice if we got the option to set our own load time to soak in the loading screens-
Gotta keep the tradition alive somehow without beautiful loading screen art going the way of the Dodo and cheat codes-
(Console commands don't count as cheat codes and I will die on this hill)
I believe this comes down to consent. They are all looking for validation on how they feel. Your not really pushing a quirk on them more like encouraging what they want. Giving them permission to act this way with you. At least that is how I see it.Does anyone else imagined his, or her, Null, going to Xavier and asking for relationship advice on how appropriate is it to encourage each girl's quirks, and if doing so would be harmful or not for each girl on the long-term: for example, how to deal with the appeal of a submissive Rogue versus possibly damaging her self-esteem? Or is it just me?
I know it sounds like I'm projecting myself on the player character, and I'm aware of that, but not in the way it might seem.

Consent isn't quite a clean division. You can validate something that isn't actually good for the person. A person may give consent towards actions that harm her, even if they seem mostly harmless. Inch by inch, it gets worse, later becoming an almost but not quite abusive relationship. But that's enough about my grandma and the useless uncle I daydream about slapping several times.I believe this comes down to consent. They are all looking for validation on how they feel. Now I do have a bit of hesitation in some of the dialogue with Rogue, feel like it straddles humiliation more then dominance a bit in some. But that is a very minor thing.
The quirks presented so far are relatively healthy and there is mutual consent involved with both parties which makes the biggest difference , the game is also flexible enough that it doesn't lock it in and presents multiple scenarios where null can tell the girls to tone it down a bit so i don't think there is a need for Xavier to get involved as to what consenting adults are doing in their own private time and so far it hasn't harmed them or their relationship and i don't see it happening in the future either , the dynamic might change with the addition of the other girls but it remains to be seenDoes anyone else imagined his, or her, Null, going to Xavier and asking for relationship advice on how appropriate is it to encourage each girl's quirks, and if doing so would be harmful or not for each girl on the long-term: for example, how to deal with the appeal of a submissive Rogue versus possibly damaging her self-esteem? Not my decision. There is a timeline on the Discord, though, as written by Shiny. If by the end they don't make it into the game maybe you could add an option to the main menu like an icon of an open book where you can access and read those stories, maybe a timeline of events in this world stuff like that.
Oh, also, you can look at it as Rogue wanting to do everything, but not knowing where to begin. After years of not being able to even hold hands, she's like a kid in a candy store and wants to hand the reins (figuratively and literally) to someone else. She trusts and cares about the player enough to make sure she'll enjoy herself. There's a lot that has to go unspoken, for obvious reasons, but while some of the quirks can be seen as having unhealthy aspects to them, they all stem from the characters being comfortable enough to say 'hey, this is what I want, can we try it', which can be very difficult to do, even in a stable, healthy relationship.I can also understand your pov regarding Rogue's submissive quirk as being harmful but if we look at it from her pov she mostly thinks of it as relegating a bit of control over certain things and in the process it leads to her own arousal and a sense of security in an odd way , she wants to completely give herself to Null and it's made very apparent when they have sex
Mind you her being submissive towards Null doesn't equate to her being weak of mind or will , quite the opposite in fact as we have seen multiple instances of this in game
Exactly , for example some people can look at Laura's stalking Null as being creepy which is understandable but for me i look at it as her need to protect Null because for her Null represents all the good that has happened to her , finding new friends , finding love , feeling human and not just a weapon , all of it is centered around her meeting and connecting with Null so she will do whatever it takes to protect all of that including giving her life which Null said so himself during the Juggernaut incident , she was willing to die for him at that momentOh, also, you can look at it as Rogue wanting to do everything, but not knowing where to begin. She's someone who's never known a kind word in her life til now, so the sight of the two people she cares about most in the world in that scene - probably the only two people who've ever cared about her, to her mind (we've not touched on how she feels about her mother in the game, but I imagine it's complicated, to say the least) - it triggers something in her. She's never had anything to lose before, and the fact that she might now terrifies her in ways she can't quite put into words. So she acts on it the only way she knows how - using her skills and training. She just never received the memo that when regular people watch over someone, they don't usually do it quite so literally.Exactly , for example some people can look at Laura's stalking Null as being creepy which is understandable but for me i look at it as her need to protect Null because for her Null represents all the good that has happened to her , finding new friends , finding love , feeling human and not just a weapon , all of it is centered around her meeting and connecting with Null so she will do whatever it takes to protect all of that including giving her life which Null said so himself during the Juggernaut incident , she was willing to die for him at that moment
I am completely fine with her keeping an eye on Null at night but tell her to pick a more sturdy branch next timeShe's someone who's never known a kind word in her life til now, so the sight of the two people she cares about most in the world in that scene - probably the only two people who've ever cared about her, to her mind (we've not touched on how she feels about her mother in the game, but I imagine it's complicated, to say the least) - it triggers something in her mind. If it's one-to-one with the comics, then the next three are likely going to be Magik, Mirage and Wolfsbane.was my misunderstanding since she did appear in every seasonal event and seemed important ...oh well...we can say we know she is in chapter 3 hopefully

I don't exactly know how to verbalize my reaction to these character impressions with words. Will her mom's letter be canon in the game though? She's someone who's never known a kind word in her life til now, so the sight of the two people she cares about most in the world in that scene - probably the only two people who've ever cared about her, to her mind (we've not touched on how she feels about her mother in the game, but I imagine it's complicated, to say the least) - it triggers something in her. You won't believe how many hours i have lost in the velvet room micro managing my personas and praying to the RNG gods that the fusion alarm won't mess things up for meI don't exactly know how to verbalize my reaction to these character impressions with words. But...
...Namsayin?
Trully, we just need turn based combat and TNH will becom X-men Persona.I don't exactly know how to verbalize my reaction to these character impressions with words. But...
