You also have to keep in mind there are racial differences when it comes to average height but when public surveys do their numbers they don't always take ethnic background in to account. As an example, average heights all across Europe have been trending downwards for years but if you look at the heights of only the native populations they have largely stayed the same or increased slightly since WW2.

For a woman of nordic descent 5'8" would be short but if you look at many non Euro south Americans that is really tall for a woman, average height of Guatemalan women is less than 5'.
Anna Marie is a classic southern girl, mostly anglo and french blood, 5'8" is an average height for a woman of her ethnic background.

Jean's height is harder to pin down because it's changed so much from writer to writer but she was 5'10" in evo and that seems to be the reference design for her in the game so it's a safe bet, she had long legs and was built like a super-model. Given that Jean is from the upper east coast and has natural red hair she is likely a mix of Anglo and irish, which puts her at slightly above average height at 5'10. Storm was the only woman taller than her and Jean wasn't even 18 yet.

Laura is the toughest to pin down since we don't know who was used as her mother or if she even has much of a genetic admixture from someone other than Logan. Given that there has been not a peep of Sarah Kinney it's hard to say. Her origin is more of a mess than with Kon El.

All we know about Dr. Kinney is that she was a smartypants and that Laura took most of her fetures from her.




If TNH is following the comics, then yeah, shes Laura's actual mom.

Pretty sure they meant that as "Bleach White", like the color, not that she dyes her hair. Bleaching human hair turns it light blonde and not pale White. Human hair has a similar chemical makeup to human bone which has a slight yellow tint that is visible when you remove all coloration from human hair.
Side note, another place you can see natural bone color is on the dentin of your teeth when the enamel is worn down.

The bubble butt look comes from a combination of tighter, denser glutes, the pushup effect of the hamstrings, and fat distribution that has less places to go. A taller woman will have the same overall fat % throughout the body as a smaller woman but the height difference changes the distribution and muscle position.



A taller girl can have a significantly more full ass than a shorter girl since longer leg muscles can support more ass but it requires more muscle development. On a shorter girl the the Gluteus maximus is smaller but also short and more clumped together making it look bigger while on a taller women it's larger but more stretched flat due to the longer legs and further apart muscle anchor points from the upper hips to the femurs. The width of the hips also plays a big difference since birthing hips tilt the angle of muscle attachment giving a girl a more full rear.

Take a look at the pictures below, notice how thick the muscles around the femurs are? They are almost as thick as their waists.

The side adductor muscles also fluff up the fat around the front of the thighs which pushes back and together the rear muscles and fat, making a woman's ass rounder.

It's like a push-up bra for the butt-cheeks but all natural. High heels try to do the same thing by forcing a woman's leg and ass muscles to contract more than at rest; muscle development still works better though and complements the heels effect more.

Laura should really wear boosted high heels. Something with thigh-high skintight leather should be part of her main wardrobe, with strong material to add weight to her legs for when she needs to give a good kick; her current boots are close but don't go far enough and don't have heels. She's so short that she can wear really high heels and it would still look great on her.

brief update: since 0.9a will force me to redo the Live2D model files to accommodate the new stuff we're adding anyways, I figured we'd make one more push to add in some of the items that have received a good amount of community requests and aren't a particularly heavy lift for the artists and minimally increase model complexity

these include:

customizable lip and eyeshadow coloring (and for the hell of it, eyebrows too cause why not). I'm demoing with some pretty subtle effects but you can imagine making them look as goth/clowny as you want,
a few more hairstyles that I've been wanting to add for a little bit,
face piercings,
tattoos,

now, I know that one community request for a while now has been more body hair options - specifically, armpit hair. this requires a little more effort on the art side and is frankly a little niche. so, I want to leave it up to the community. we are opening up a metaphorical tip jar for direct donations: if it reaches $1000, I will work to add armpit hair options to the Ch. 1 and Ch. 2 characters

why $1000? 1) to fully cover the direct art costs and 2) to set up the game's funding to be net positive from the whole affair. body hair fans get what they want and the rest of the community gets the benefit of more money plugged into the rest of game development

I will keep this post updated with how close we are to the goal. just reach out if you are interested in tipping! if you've been asking for more body hair options, this is your opportunity

She needs something where she can still comfortably do a standing high kick (which causes most leather pants to tear) to make use of her foot blades with the heels sharp enough that she can stab with them using heel kicks when she doesn't have the opportunity for a swinging kick.

Laura seems like the type who would try to get her civilian cloths to be as close to weapons and non motion limiting armor as she can get away with without the other girls stepping in to police her wardrobe. Lots of thick, tight leather reinforced with metal at joints and tips.

Well, during her time solo hunting down the scientists that made her, she dressed like this (still waiting for this outfit to be added btw, we only have her silver cross).




Besides that, all her other suits have been pants, she rarely wears skirts while in civilian clothing.
