Quite a lot of optional objectives have it where an event scene plays when that character is in a location.
The map should have an "!" icon or something when they are there.
I actually don't remember where that objective prompts from. Haven't played through since like 0.7.
Other things in this game require you to walk out of your room. So don't forget to do that sometimes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Just so you know, all saves before the next update that will drop very soon are going to be not transferable and dead. They held off on tech upgrades not killing saves as long as they could, but it's necessary to prevent it from happening again going forward.

Have a lookout for when she has an exclamation mark in the map quick travel menu

That's the thing, one is never popping up. I think I bugged my game out because I was using the console commands linked on the first page to help me out. So i might just have to start over.

Tried it and nothing. might just wait until the next update cause you'll have to restart anyways. Hopefully that'll fix it for me

The dev team cannot assist with any save that console commands, cheats, or mods have been used.

The Ironfist TV show was one of the earlier examples of director/writer teams having no experience/interest in the type of product they were making.
Like how the She-Hulk team openly admitted they didn't know how to write Super Hero stories or Legal stories.
In Ironfist's example the show creator had no interest in Martial Arts stories which is why one of the best Ironfist storylines was reduced to a bunch of hobos fighting in a bunch of warehouses.
The Jessica Jones show creator didn't know how to write super hero stories but what they did know was detective stories... guess what Jessica Jones did in the comics? That's how we got a really good Noir story. All they needed was to write a detective drama where the detective happens to have super strength.
Likewise to show that I am on topic. Our team very much does care about Super Heroes and we know how to properly reflect on the failings of others to bring you the best quality product.
