There will be 3 main Love Interests per chapter. Chapter 2's Love Interests are Storm, Dazzler and Kitty. Emma Frost will make her appearance as an antagonist in Chapter 2 but will not be romanceable until later chapters.

(replace Rogue with Laura or Jean)

I've added 9000 but the quest will lock you at a certain number until you finish each quests, which will reward you with a higher cap

(replace none with bush, growing, hairy, null, shaven, strip or triangle)

oh and message to the dev. Please consider these features

• re-enable the function to skip text , simply holding ctrl or tab should work like it does with all renpy games
• reduce the time it takes when navigating the cellphone
• reduce the amount of white colors in backgrounds. Too many dark-coloured rooms and characters in contrast with brightly-coloured background are hurting my eyes

Just a heads up for everyone pointed to this post from the OP, there has been some changes.
Rogue is still Rogue but Jean is now "JeanGrey" and X23 is now "LauraKinney"
Player.XP still works but you have to go one level at a time, you can check current XP value using print(Player.XP)
You can up the girls friendship scores using the update_friendship function,
example: Rogue.update_friendship(JeanGrey, 50)

Something to check in 0.8c:

When spending time with all three women like classroom or combat training, there is no notification that relationships are improving between Laura and Jean. Anna improves with both, but it looks like not all checks are being made. Everyone gets XP and trust with Null though.

In addition, the black fade in/out time when shifting between locations is pretty variable -- it gets long (2-5 seconds) for no apparent reason a fair bit.

I get your frustration but the dev team have already explained why such a step is neccessary, they do not want to end up in the situation of games like Summertime Saga with its endless tech updates. Once the systems are done and in place, the dev team's plan is that starting from version 1.1 it should just be mostly art and story updates.

Honest consern here (Whoever reads this, please don't think I'm writing this with the intention of offending or attacking anyone. These are legitimate questions and concerns I have, and I feel the need to share them because I see no one else has done so.):

Isn´t this the same logic of why they decided to also "remake" the game after version 0.2b? A lot of artwork (and money) thrown away. After that first remake, they said than THAT was the version that they wanted to make from the beginning. Who guarantees us that this will not happen again in 1 or 2 more years?
It says that chapter 1 will be finished on the next update. They told us that ch1 was finished this last christmas. AND IT WAS! I played it! It´s already finish.
Also, I don´t understand the obsession on focusing on little details like clothes animations. If the last update was fully dedicated to add optimization options because the animations that already were in the game were causing troubles with the pcs of some players. Why is that more important than adding the new girls?

I should probably leave this for ShinyBoots to answer but I'll chime in as someone who only joined recently. What is wrong with trying to make sure that the game doesn't end up repeating the mistakes of so many other games before it? So the main story for Chapter 1 may have been finished since last Christmas as you've said but as I see it, the dev team still has some highly requested features like group dates and group sex that won't be finished alongside all the other planned systems until v1.0. After that, they can then move on to mostly art and story updates with peace of mind that they won't need to come and unfuck something later on.

You have to remember the scope of the game, this is the closest thing we have to an X-Men life sim in existence. The Chapters WILL get increasingly larger and complex as the main story goes on and having to account for the various choices the player made, his relationship with the X-Men, who Null did and didn't romance and a lot more that I'm not thinking of right now. I'd say that's worth waiting for and that the dev team deserve some trust from the players.

But still, I now have a question of my own. ShinyBoots1993, you mentioned before that a combat system was under consideration but that it was at the lowest end of the priority list. Did the dev team already account for accommodating a combat system later way down the line with the completion of v1.0 since it's not on the current roadmap and mostly likely won't be in the game anytime soon if at all? You guys probably did plan for it but it would be nice to get direct confirmation from you.

And since the changelogs for v0.8c mention more quirks being possible, is there a plan in officially add a third quirk to the Love Interests or is it mainly for the modders?

The optimizations and nuance are important because we have to see her itty bitty titties bounce with every square inch of our penis that enters Kitty ass at a smooth 120FPS at 4K. And everyone must experience it, not just those with an RTX 5090.

I and others have also voiced concerns of feature creep months ago. But these days, the team got bigger, and the art budget seems to be working out for the time being, so I'm fairly confident that the team will make good on my wishlist of two major things in the foreseeable future:

• Finally kill off Consent Simulator™ by providing platonic conversation options for the girls.
• And fucking Kitty in the ass having very loving and tender encounters with Kitty's anus Kitty.
