So the choices you make throughout the story won't lead you onto a full evil route; they'll only alter other characters' perception of Null right? My question is: Are there any plans for an "evil route" in the future, once all the chapters have been completed? Like DLC for example.
Or is that not even on the table at the moment? I realise this is like, most likely years from now so all good if the answer is just no lol

I already saw this. I was asking if there would be plans for a future dlc type update where an "evil" route could be explored once the story was complete.
I put evil in air quotations because I understand a fully evil route isn't what this game is about and it ain't what I would want either personally. An "evil" route where like, the Brotherhood kinda take advantage of Null's trauma and steer him into joining the Brotherhood.
I think it could be a really interesting perspective we never really get to see much of in X-Men. Null's trauma with the sentinels and the anti-mutant mob etc. spurring him to fight on the "wrong" side. Again this is like, a big question when we're not even on Chapter 2 yet lol

Also, I just think there's too much visual information going on - like sensory overload or something - and not in a Grace Jones kind of way.

Fair enough. I personally think something like what you're describing will only have a chance of happening if someone actually puts up the money necessary and then some extra on top to justify the time and effort that would be needed to make it happen; just like the idea for a female Null.

The idea of a few alternative routes would be pretty cool. Like branch out to a brotherhood route, getting recruited by xcalibur or x factor (where I can finally have some Polaris time!) Each route could have their own list of partners in order to have null not have to deal with 15+ girls at same time and increase replayability.
Ofc I understand such thing isnt feasible right now due to increased workload/art budged multiple branches would require.

Yeah this is basically asking for an entirely separate game.
In the Phoenix Saga alone, you have the X-Men encountering Erik the Red, Jean getting a boost in cosmic radiation causing the Phoenix persona to surface, the events of Cassidy Keep, the M'kraan Crystal storyline, the drama with Department H and the Guardian, the time the X-Men got brain washed into the circus, the entire Hellfire Club conflict, the Dark Phoenix sub-saga, the trial of Jean Grey hosted by the Shi'ar.
And that's just the general run. It's around this time where we start getting Wolverine and Kitty storylines, a crossover with Spider-Woman, a crossover with the Avengers where Rogue steals Ms Marvel's powers.
Now we're not going to be adapting every issue of the comic because Null wouldn't realistically be present for every single event as not every member of the X-Men was present for all of these stories.
However Chapter 2 is a good indication of how TNH is going to be a very plot heavy game.
Chapter 1 is just to introduce people not familiar with the comics of the setting and tone for this era of the X-Men.

Though this makes things painful. Buttholder and I had like multiple 2-3 hour calls about female and gay Null stories.
We've had publishers talk to us so we'd likely make something original so we could actively make $$$ off of it once we finish TNH.
It'd be the logical and financially wise thing to do because right now TNH is in a net loss for itself with Ron needing to dip into his personal funds to pay for a lot of art.
I have outlined general ideas for up to 4 Sequels to TNH. 2 visual novels and 2 more sandboxes.
All of which Buttholder also helped me discuss because we are nerds.

When she was ported over to the comics she was made caucasian to look more like Logan, OG Laura looked nothing like her old man.
Does Null goes off to fight in the infinity war in one of them?
Cause i could see Null going off to space to tame that space strange.

Didn't need to be raceswapped for that. Could have just revealed that Dr. Kinney was dark-skinned too. I mean she already had his chin and and a bit of his nose. Could have just tweak some facial features more to reflect parentage better.
I don't see what changing her race added. It wouldn't even be the only interracial kid that Logan's got, right?
