More like they're really strung out addicts. ZombieHawkeye got decapitated some point, spent several years as a head with no one to talk to. Eventually the Hunger Gospel left him and he no longer had the hunger for flesh. Just crazy from the isolation and loneliness.

They did Marvel Zombies 2 and because the comic book industry is creatively bankrupt they did an entirely different third zombie story where it was a Brood strain that could turn people into zombie like entities.
You see the thing is that they actually did an Evil Dead crossover where Ash assisted some people. It was revealed that deadites and the Necronomicon itself were susceptible to the Zombie plague too.
Don't ask questions.
It ended with Ash Williams being trapped in the Marvel Werewolf dimension.
I mean, it's not like it was a long discussion. You could have just read the preceding comments if you really wanted to know. But here's a TLDR just for you.
I was curious if there's some hidden value or point or story unlock to using the Raging Douchenozzle dialogue options.
Other comments on unrelated topics over the last few pages do indeed confirm that various hidden dialogue flags do exist attached to various responses, so it's not an impossible supposition.

Sure you're not obligated to chose them, but I think the point they're trying to make is why even have them if its just hurting your love/trust points and not doing anything else. If its actually keeping track of you choosing those option and change how they react to you then it makes sense, but as of now all they seem to do is hurt progress.
