Yes, it's a pretty classic NTR game with a female protagonist. You know, the kind where she has the "option" to either cheat on her husband/fiancé or stay faithful, but most of the content is in the NTR route and that's clearly the focus. For what it's worth, it's one of the better example of the genre.

Does Gail ever call him her nethew in the dialogue? There is no reference to Gail being related to any of the characters in the story hence the incest tag being bait.

Honestly I dont remember but wasnt he her sister´s son? or something along those lines, dialogue might have been different but its the kind of dialogue that strongly hints it in the vein of other "incest" games here that say "roommate" and such

So it going to be a cold day in hell before coda risks his account for something like that.
