Because I am a man of culture and not one of those plebs that are into Netorare. This game can only be considered Netori if the MC is the ghost.
The category this game, and any other media form, falls into depends purely on who the MC is and the perspective the story is being told from:
If from the boyfriend -> Netorare: Someone else is stealing his lover or banging her
If from the girl -> Cheating: Having an affair with someone other than the intended lover/boyfriend/hubby/son/etc
If from the ghost ->Netori: Conquering and making someone else's lover into your bitch and having a blast at it/at her/inside her

NTR = Netorare (Cuckold; where the MC's love interest is taken by another person or she actively has sex with another person)
Often confused by the less refined as netori also. How wrongly informed, though they are.
from what i remember i think its the ghost is trying to bang the boyfriend and you are the female mc. and netorare specifically involves creating feelings of jealousy or something like it. like its unwanted on the part of the person being cheated on. otherwise its sharing or something. therefore it would fall under the category of netorare. the mc (female) is jealous because someone else (ghost) is trying to steal her lover (boyfriend/whiny bitch who cries over anime). while i understand your categorization of the different tags, i think the flaw in your logic was assuming that if the mc is female she must be the one getting nailed.
this of course is irrelevant, since we are now discussing words the vast majority of people disagree with based on their own homemade dictionary. just figured id clarify. im off to drink beer. good day, sir.
Correct. The flaw is I didn't play this game yet. If the MC is the female and the ghost is stealing her boyfriend then it is Netorare.
This game's description is very misleading then...

Nothing misleading there. Saying a person is getting NTR'd is the same as saying they are getting cucked. You don't NTR the person being stolen.
Now the images on the other hand, those are certainly misleading. None of them include the boyfriend doing anything sexual and instead show the girlfriend getting up close and personal with the onryo's nether region.

I am posting this for those who are struggling with the final puzzle in the basement since the walkthrough doesn't work. From the light tile you start on go straight towards the boxes on the left then up to the light tile nearby. Then do a tight u turn around the boxes and go straight to the next light tile. Then go up towards the next light tile in this order: one up, one left, straight up to the wall, then left onto the light tile. Finally go left once then straight up to the printer safe area in order to get the picture and the based ending. Hope this helps since I think the based ending is the best ending.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but your route doesn't work, tried it about 3 times now. Again maybe I'm stupid idk.
