Applied the patch (even though it said it was pre-patched the bug was still there),
Applying the patch file reverted the top ribbon back to japanese (katakana).

I put back the original patch file after saving a few scenes after that first bug so I can restore the english text on the top ribbon and seems to be working fine.

Choices are not translated. I used google lens for the config menu and choices
