AI is good idea for doing voice of original made characters and I'll probably use it. Still I am not sure it can do the actual voice "acting", especially what considers sex emotions. AI stuff is very hyped nowadays but I'm not the one who run forward like a lamplighter in that case. The actual human actor voice is still his/her voice even if it can be synthesized by AI for fun videos. Ignorance not the best way to do things here.

ElevenAI is very good. Most of the memes people use are made by ElevenAI.
I do also agree that original characters getting voiced by AI is no big deal, assuming you can get it to imitate something like Vorcha, Elcor or any race that has more unique voice.
For other characters that have no such unique tones or voices, it's a great choice. Assuming of course you want characters voiced. Since music, voice acting etc. are usually thevery last thing devs focus on.
As for Tali, I don't think you'll have much success with AI. More so, when it incorporates moaning and in more rapy scenes, it involves screaming.
Voice actresses are the best bet for it. You'll very likely have a bit of trouble finding ones which are comfortable with things you do though. Shouldn't be that big of a problem in the end regardless.
That being said, having actually Tali talk, dirty talk or moan would elevate this game to a new level for sure.
). For more complicated things the best way is use the service of voice actress. I considering this options in future.
