Keep going either left or right in the vents until they spawn.

The way I got it was making sure my corruption was at least 50 so you get the "Play" option with the Red Varren. Then I did the 3-day wait and shower thing.

To trigger scenes in Bay 1 lewd level must higher 50 and you need to find dogbone in room behind the barracks
