If you try to load a save from 0.3.13a that will still be broken as far as new games or older saves I don't know for sure but they should work.

Come on, do not be like that, I'm starting a new save for each new version since the 0.3.8e (for the guide), if you don't want to break your save, wait for the feedback and if there is too much bug wait for the next update

Ridiculously bugged, saves dont even work properly, errors all the time, pretty much unplayable, avoid

Fixed some errors, but shitloads left, still unplayable, saves are broken, I love the dialog and story, but god damn those bugs....
