Golem for training, check. Gypsy in debt enough times that I've gotten terribly bored of putting her there and then forgiving her for reasons.

However, I just tried that fifth level of training, which it had refused to allow, and this time it did, presumably something happened while I was doing other stuff to set it up. Fingers crossed.

Welp I fucked too much with the save file and managed to somehow delete Ishaahry completely.
I guess no more ex-lover succubus for me but at least the game is now on game journalist difficulty.

I think I reduced her troops to 0 and assigned all her territory to Denerylle. Maybe she will show up again.

it should be available once MC has a dream about Ishary building her base there, though it will only become interactable once you side with the Necromancer Vlad introduces you to
