When you talk to people, you find out a younger male survivor went to the nearby cave to get mushrooms
Where is the cave? I don't see an entrance to it on the world map. When I try to cross the bridge she tells me to go back to rest at the village, but I rested at the inn and nothing happened
Enter the house beneath the church and talk with the woman inside. Cave opens after that, dunno if you have to rest in the inn first tho.

OH ok. So you had to talk to the grandma on the bottom right to learn about the man, then go to the building under the church and talk to the lady to trigger the cave appearing.

I'm sorry guys but MTL is more dangerous than Corona. Now i don't know what i'm reading even when "Language: English". I put glove on my dick and drowned PC in hand lotion. I'm fucking terrified right now.

I mean... Wow. Just... Wow. This game is built to waste your time basically. So you make random encounters tedious, boring, and unavoidable. Okay. Not only that but you put these terrible fights on a global map too where they are also invisible. They also happen every 10 seconds. Each time with a long swirling animation, which is just a cherry on a cake. The logical reaction of any sensible human being is to flee constantly. And then you create main plot encounter that appears out of nowhere which gets player killed if he/she wasn't painfully grinding for 10 minutes? I know these games are often built around BS design to make them feel longer but that's just another level. No art is worth it. Also terrible design with random people you must talk to in a specific order to progress story and 100 empty houses which have 0 destinction from a house you can actually enter.

Other than the breaking clothes as you lose HP, which I like, there isn't much redeemable here as has been noted.

The grind and artificial difficulty in this game is unreal. A whole lot of monster slaying, very little sex, and a lot of "are you serious these things 2 shot me and I can't even kill them in 5+ turns?"
Honestly, not worth it.
