If that section got translated you should ask around, I don't clearly remember who tell you this one (perhaps the guard himself?), anyway is part of the introduction so is mandatory.

The title in Japanese is ゼヴェンの孕姫.
What's important here is 孕姫 at the end. The second character 姫 is literally just "princess". The first character 孕 is "pregnant", but I believe it's usually not used on it's own, but rather to accompany other characters (maybe someone who knows Japanese better can correct me). Anyways, the literal translation of the title would be "Pregnant Princess of Zeven". However I believe they wanted to translate 孕姫 initially as a single word, which resulted in the two words being mashed together into Pregcess (this is also how it's listed in English on DLSite).
Kagura decided to just completely remove the "pregnant" part of the title for whatever reason.

Playing through it, the main differences I'm seeing with the translation is that it tends to be a bit more....aggressive?
Like instead of "oh ho ho, come on cutie, you're going to enjoy getting pregnant" type dialogue you get more "shut the fuck up bitch and take my seed" type dialogue.

I hope this isn't consistent with all of the dialogue. Part of what made the game so interesting is how wholesome her relationship with the men of the village eventually becomes. The whole "I would rape you the first chance I got but you're also a valuable member of our community" vibe is really amusing.

Yeah the "low" sluttiness ending is profoundly underwhelming, to the level of it being basically pointless. Anything from virgin up to raging nympho is the same, almost comedically dumb 2 minute ending; it's as though the scene at the start just continued as though the creep brother never interrupted the conversation.
It pretty much is consistent unfortunately.
Like an actual verbatim example from her first pregnancy, when she realizes her contraception magic is going to vanish if she gets one more creampie, but all the men said they'd stop having sex with her when she asked. So pretty deep into the town men forming their "loving bond" with her.
Leticia: S-stop, you lied, you said you'd stop
Original translation

Depends on which one, but basically all outfit updates happen after you finish the green carpeted area in that level. Do whatever ones that aren't facing forward there before you can do the rest on that level.
Wow, that completely kills the goofy paternalistic tone of the villagers.
I wonder if the uncensored graphics can just get dropped into the fan translation?
