I played though it and came out with 18.5 minutes for v1.4,
but then again I let all the animations play until the end.

well loading save at end of 1.3 doesn't unlock anything new, after erika finishes her mata hari speach then end of update yadda yadda, tried even dling update from your website but same result.

edit1: save from 1.2 works. typo in text when prof is leaving dance class and he talks to freya it should be guaranteed.
edit2: 1.4 ends in same talk with erika as 1.3.

Use the latest autosave, worked for me.
