It seems you read my comment without understanding it, so I'll write it a different way. The bush is there because of the plot. If you read instead of skipping through all the dialogues, you can realize that this is an adult comedy rather than a straight up porn game. Wife got duped into going through a procedure which resulted in her bush growing out of control, her boobs and butt sagging, and getting wrinkles on her face. Throughout the story, she does interviews and goes to doctors to reverse the damage the procedure did to her body so she can be hot again.
